Cow eating status


When we first planned this trip to Argentina,  I thought it would be a great idea to eat all the edible parts of a cow.   I love beef, and except for one part, I’ve loved all the different things I’ve eaten so far.   I didn’t get as far as I thought. But, it gives me a reason to come back. Here’s what I’ve eaten to date.
